My work sits at the intersection of teaching and real-world UX research. For more than a decade, I’ve helped teams run user interviews, synthesize insights, validate ideas, and build stronger products. My workshops are immersive, relatable, and tailored. With each one designed to give your team the confidence and skills to do research well and to apply their learnings immediately.
